KE Floor Drain (6″ Sch 10)

This KE Floor drain was manufactured with a polished finished for a clean room environment, along with a setting ring for additional support and internally threaded outlet for connect to underground piping system.

KE Floor Drain – Side Outlet

Same stainless steel construction as our standard KE drain, but with a side outlet for applications where the traditional bottom outlets is not a good fit.

KE Floor Drain – Extra Duty

In need of a floor a drain, but knowing it was a heavy traffic forklift area, we worked with this customer on a solution. The Extreme Duty KE Drain provides all of the functions of a standard KE while being able to take the punishment of being run over with forklifts all day long.

Materials – 4” SCH 40, 304 SS, Setting Tabs, Solid Cover, Perforated Basket.

KE Floor Drain – KE 400 With Security Hold Down

This customer was looking for a complete drainage system that would allow for easy access to clean the P-Trap. The KE 400 was used as an option, providing ease of access to the P-Trap through the included Cleanout. Additionally, the customer had concerns about removing covers and baskets that would allow larger debris into the drain and cause blockages. Kusel included a security hold down to alleviate those fears and secure the cover and basket in its proper places.

KE Floor Drain – KE 400

This customer realized that they would need to clean out their trap on a regular basis. Kusel offered the KE400 option as a solution, which combined the KE Floor Drain, P-Trap and Cleanout to allow for an all-in-one maintenance experience. Dimensions – Solid Cover, 304 SS, 4” SCH 40 Outlet.

KE Floor Drain – Basket (Solid)

The design of the Weir Style Basket allows for sentiment to settle on the bottom of the basket, while allowing for liquid to pass over the sides. In this piece, the customer was looking for the best of both worlds, allowing liquid to pass directly to the outlet while utilizing the Weir basket design of over the side flow with sentiment holding on the bottom. Dimensions – ¼” holes in bottom of basket.
