Eric Chartre
Sales Manager
After serving more than 23 years in the U.S. Air Force, Eric Chartre brings a lifelong commitment to precision, discipline, and integrity to his role at Kusel Equipment. A native of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Eric spent two decades maintaining F-16 and F-35 fighter aircraft before retiring from military service and transitioning into a new mission—helping Kusel customers find the right equipment solutions for their operations.
His hands-on expertise and attention to detail reflect a career built on the belief that every job is worth doing right. That same standard drives his approach today: supporting clients with reliability, responsiveness, and deep respect for their craft.
Outside of work, Eric and his wife of 16 years live in Deerfield, Wisconsin, where they’re raising three children. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time at his family’s cabin in Eagle River. Eric is also a WIAA and NCAA football and baseball official—another arena where his focus and fairness make an impact.
Eric’s philosophy is simple: if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right. That mindset, forged in service and carried into every project, makes him a trusted partner to Kusel customers across the region.
