Let’s assume that your cheese-making process requires the use of a finishing table to finalize your finest product. And let’s also assume that your exacting standards require uniform heating and you want to have the ability to reduce the highest amount of fines possible. Then Kusel has a solution for you!

We’ve taken our manufacturing history and built on it to manufacture the highest quality finishing tables in the cheese-making industry. Constructed of heavy gauge stainless-steel, our finishing tables consist of internal support members that are welded to an outer tub for long life and durability. Rounding out the table’s construction, side supports, legs, and structural channels supporting Kusel’s exclusive “slat rack” for a reliable internal welded “ladder-type” support are used.

Our finishing tables are available in lengths from 15 to 60 ft, widths from 58 to 72 in., and depths of 14, 16 or 18 inches. Standard tables are available in round or square ends at the rear of the table and has a door at the front end for easy unloading. The whey draining happens through a center trough that drains to the rear of the table through a 3 or 4” outlet with a tri clamp fitting. Standard tables are available with 5”, 7” or double 5” removable screens.

All rails are continuously welded for improved sanitation and strength, and all legs are constructed of SCH 40 stainless-steel pipe. Drain screens have Kusel’s “slotted design” opening to reduce fines. Custom options include a pre-draw outlet, jacketed heating with dual stainless-steel steam pipes. Custom door latches are available and designed for customer needs. Kusel also has customizable options available to weld in drain screens with a CIP drain trough. And don’t forget that Kusel offers several agitator options with various controls to fit your specific needs.
