As a TIG WELDER, here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Understands the process of welding and can complete welds using TIG methods
  • Sets up own machines and understands how to change welding tips and completes necessary machine maintenance
  • Read blueprints & schematics to ensure welds and parts are located properly
  • Identifies parts shown in blueprints and ensures availability of projects
  • Welds together stainless-steel components of products and works on weldments for various projects
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of TIG welding experience preferred
  • In addition to basic math skills, must be comfortable computing fractions and decimals
  • Work in a safe manner wearing all required personal protective equipment. Expected to identify and alert supervisor of unsafe conditions and mentor new employees in this application
  • Commitment to process, quality improvement and teamwork

As a PRODUCTION WORKER, here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Reviews blueprints and assembles various components according to specifications
  • Takes questions to supervisor for clarification
  • Ensure each job is tracked appropriately
  • Uses measuring, hand, and power tools as necessary for the assembly of products
  • Maintains communication and documents problems and takes steps to resolve
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • In addition to basic math skills, must be comfortable computing fractions and decimals
  • Work in a safe manner wearing all required personal protective equipment. Expected to identify and alert supervisor of unsafe conditions and mentor new employees in this application
  • Commitment to process, quality improvement and teamwork

 Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently required to sit, stand, talk, walk, and hear
  • Frequently required to stoop, bend, or reach above shoulders
  • Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Schedule

  • 1st shift
  • 8-hour shift – Overtime as needed
