Kusel Equipment Co. Revamps Brand And Website

Kusel Equipment Co. has used 2019 to launch its revamped brand by incorporating a new logo, tag line, and corporate colors in a variety of aspects across its business platform. “The process of evaluating the Kusel brand was very in-depth,” said Kusel Equipment Co. President & CEO, Dave Smith. “We are very grateful to all of the customers, wholesalers, contractors, engineers, our manufacturer’s rep partners, as well as our internal team members for providing so much feedback to assist with this process.”

Celtic, Inc., a Milwaukee, Wisconsin based full-service advertising agency, was selected to lead the rebranding efforts. “We couldn’t be more pleased with our partnership with Celtic,” added Kusel’s Director of Marketing and Sales, Dave Coughlin. “From their overall experience, to their team, to their creativity, to their willingness to be invested in our partnership, it has been the perfect collaboration.” Celtic will continue to develop more aspects of the Kusel brand refresh as the project continues into further phases.

“When you have as rich of a history as Kusel does, it became evident that many people in our industry have strong feelings about the brand,” said Smith. “As much as we wanted to acknowledge that 170-year history, we wanted this project to look to the future and we think our new look has accomplished that.”

While Kusel has been utilizing its new logo, brand, and color palette for the last ten months with new signage, collateral, apparel, and a tradeshow booth, the redevelopment of KuselEquipment.com has been its most-significant undertaking to date.

“We are working on developing a site that can be used by our many new and existing customers.” Coughlin added. “Of course, the first impression you’ll get is the change in look and feel. But as we continue to develop the site, we’ll make the user experience even better.”

In conjunction with Celtic, Inc. and Starkmedia, a digital agency located in Milwaukee, this multiphase project will continue to showcase many features and functionality that customers have asked for. Kusel expects many future enhancements to be added over time. “While the site got a major facelift in Phase 1, we’re looking forward to bringing a better experience to KuselEquipment.com in the very near future.” added Smith.

Kusel is planning on developing more aspects of the brand and the site throughout the remainder of 2019. “Having the ability to add to the 170 years of history of the Kusel brand has been something that our entire team has looked forward to. This brand and site refresh is a great way to move forward,” Dave Smith added.
