Destoners
Vertical Destoner
Kusel's Vertical Destoner consists of an electric motor mounted on a pivot base which drives the top end of the auger. The auger lifts the product while rocks and other material will remain in the sump due to their higher specific gravity. An optional automatic rock remover is also available.
Kusel's Vertical Destoner is available in both stainless steel and mild steel construction. Continuous welds eliminate cracks and crevices and make cleaning easier.

Flume Destoner System
The Kusel Flume Destoner System automatically removes rocks from the sump by means of a continuous belt. Rocks drop from the product stream to the sump via specific gravity.
The flume is constructed of heavy gauge material; both mild and stainless steel are available, with continuous welds to eliminate cracks and crevices. A heavy-duty electric motor is mounted on a pivot base for constant or variable speed operation of the centrifugal pump controlling the water flow.
