Cheese Finishing Tables
Kusel
cheese finishing tables are available in virtually any size and
with a number of agitator options with various motor sizes. Kusel's
2M6 Agitator allows you to stir and unload at the same time, which
is of significant benefit in many of today's demanding applications.
Cheese finishing tables are constructed with a Uni-Body Construction
for added internal strength. All internal support members are welded
to a 12ga. SS outer tub for strength and long life. Side supports
and legs are on 48-in. centers with additional side supports in-between.
4-inch channels support the exclusive Kusel "slat rack"
for a solid internal welded "ladder type" support. Kusel
tables are built with strength to last!
Other standard features:
- Rails are 2-1/4 inch continuously welded for improved sanitation.
- Legs are 2-1/2 inch Sch. 40 SS pipe leg sockets with 2 inch
Sch. 40 SS pipe legs on 4-ft. centers.
- Drain Screens are 16 Ga. with Kusel's unique "slotted design"
to reduce fines loss.
- Door is 10 Ga. stainless steel with a sanitary gasket.
- All tables have stainless steel pipes for heating with progressively
sized orifices to eliminate hot spots and provide uniform heating.
